Shipping: United Kingdom

Provided the item is currently held in stock, your goods should reach you within 5 working days of your order being placed. However there are some parts that can take three to four weeks to be delivered as they are imported directly from Farfisa's factory in Italy. Consignments are delivered at any time between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm. We cannot arrange courier deliveries on weekends or Bank Holidays. If nobody is available to accept the delivery our carriers may either leave the consignment in a safe location, leave the consignment with a neighbour or leave a calling card encouraging you to arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Choose An Alternative Delivery Address

The delivery address for your first order must match the address held by the credit/debit card provider. Exceptions can only be made with prior arrangement. On subsequent orders you may ship to an alternative delivery address; addresses can be added inside the registered user control panel, accessible by logging in above.

Product Returns

AV Access Control Ltd will supply you a Return of Materials Authorization (RMA) number by email, for you to attach to the outer packaging of your return. Please quote this RMA number when contacting us in respect to this return. All requests to return products will be processed within a few working days of this email submission. On approved return of the item(s) we commit to start processing the return normally within 10 working days. If equipment is beyond economical repair or is not covered by our warranty then you will be contacted directly from the details you supply here to discuss matters further. If you are returning goods on account that are simply no longer required then a handling charge will apply.

We aim to process your request within two working days. To speed up this process, ensure that you have provided us with as much information as possible, particularly if you are returning a faulty item.

Returns: Terms and Conditions

Seller complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs); Buyer is entitled to a 7-day ‘cooling off’ period which begins the day after receipt of Goods. Returned Goods will only be accepted accompanied by a valid Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, contact AV Access Control Ltd at with details of your return.

Seller accepts the return of non-faulty Goods only if the Goods are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Faulty items may be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the correct procedures are followed. Contact AV Access Control Ltd at with a detailed fault report to receive further assistance. Items may be replaced with equivalents if the original item is not in stock. Goods found to be non-faulty may incur a testing and handling fee of £10 + VAT.

Buyer is responsible for ensuring that returns are delivered to AV Access Control Ltd, 18 Woodside Park, Hampshire, GU35 0EY. Seller will not cover the cost of return postage, except where stated upon contact.

Any refunds or replacements are issued at the Seller’s discretion.
